Welcome to https://csacertification.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Creating Sustainable Communities LLC (“Creating Sustainable Communities”, “CSC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site and all services, products, content, and subscriptions provided through it.

CSC provides:
- The Certified Sustainability Agent (CSA) certification course
- A subscription service for Connecticut-based real estate professionals, which includes access to sustainability-related tools, strategies, educational content, and client-facing services related to economic, environmental, and social sustainability
CSC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
To register or purchase services from this Site, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Be a licensed real estate agent (if enrolling in the CSA certification course)

Recurring Subscriptions
- Your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled in advance.
- You authorize CSC to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Because access to digital materials and certification content is granted immediately, we do not provide refunds except as required by law.
6. Certification Disclaimer
While we offer a proprietary certification, CSC makes no guarantee that completion of the course will result in increased income, job placement, business performance, or legal recognition by state agencies.
You are solely responsible for complying with the legal and ethical standards of your real estate licensing board or professional association.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including course materials, videos, text, images, documents, tools, and branding—is owned by CSC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
